I see a couple of those in the logs

seems like the .well-known endpoint is not working/not configured properly on my server.

Any tips on troubleshooting?

You're right - this is a problem on disroot.

Usually this is caused by LetsEncrypt installing their own .well-known directory with a .htaccess file which prevents reading files in it from anywhere but letsencrypt. I've tried my best to thwart them doing this, but it's information warfare - they keep finding clever new ways to block the directory; and since this is done outside hubzilla the only way we can work around it currently is to detect this condition through a cron task and rename the .htaccess file if it shows up.

Also check your webserver configuration that it isn't disallowing all dot files. We saw that once or twice also.

I've done some more poking around and it's only the Diaspora Statistics addon (addon/statistics) which is a problem on disroot. Everything else is OK. I've submitted a fix for that plugin.

Pulled the changes and it works now. :thumbsup:
I wonder if this was the reason we've been not getting public posts from diaspora relay (any way of checking if your hub does get stuff from relay?)
